Ab Workouts To Burn Fat

Ab workouts are great for burning fat off of your body. We hear it all the time that if you want to burn fat; then you have to get off your couch and stop watching so much television. Yet so few people who come to the internet to learn how to burn fat are not willing to do what it takes.
I decided to list some great ab workouts to burn fat that will help you sculpt your body the way that you envision it.
Captain Chair
Grab a chair from you home and place it in the middle of the living room. While sitting on the chair you will want to sit back up against the padding of the chair.
- Bring your knees towards your chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling up on the neck.
- Keep straightening your left leg while turning your upper body to the right, at the same time bring your left elbow towards your right knee.
- Take turns switching sides then bring the right elbow towards the left knee.
- Keep working on both sides in a “pedaling” motion for 12-16 reps.
Vertical Leg Crunch
- Lie on the floor on your back; with the legs extended straight up keeping the knees crossed.
- Contract the abs to lift the shoulder blades up off the floor; while trying to reach your chest to touch your feet.
- Always keep your legs maintained in a fixed position all the while imagining bringing your belly button towards the back of your spine.
- Keep rinsing and repeating the process in the reps of 12-16 counts.
Long Arm Crunch
- Lie on your back on a mat and keep your arms extended straight while clasping them together above the head.
- Contract the abs and try lifting the shoulder blades off the floor.
- While doing the motions keep the arms straight so that you will not injure the neck.
- Rinse and repeat the process in reps of 12-16 sets.
Once you understand the importance of ab workouts you will be able to understand that if you do the reps correctly then you will be able to burn the fat off your body.
