1. Squats: You can choose to begin this using a some weights or you can do this without any weights. This is actually one of the most effective butt toning exercises that most people use when they are dissatisfied with the way they look and feel.
Even if you are not a member of a gym you can easily do these exercises using a chair. Place the chair in the living room or somewhere with plenty of room; then stand behind the chair while with your feet hip-width apart so that you can squat up and down.
Keep your back as straight as possible and your stomach tucked in; when going down bend your knees as though you were getting ready to sit down on the chair; however you never want to actually sit down. Keep repeating the motion of the exercise until you have done it at least 10 times.
2. Lunges: While standing in a straight up position you will want to bend your right leg while sliding your left foot back into a lunge position. You can either begin with your right or left leg; it really does not matter.
Keep your right knee behind your toe and keep the rest of your body as straight as possible; while tightening your abs. Then the lunged leg back into its original position. Keep repeating the exercise until you have done at least 10 of them and then switch the legs. Click Here
