Cardio Workouts To Burn Body Fat

Cardio Workouts are a great way to burn body fat; in fact if you really want to burn fat and build muscle then you want to implement both cardio and weight training. Most people do not know that there are two different ways of doing cardio exercises.

Most people will get stuck doing cardio workouts one way and do not understand that they can switch it up. Therefore they get bored and stuck in a rut and most likely end up quitting their exercise program before they even begin.

So what are the two types of cardio workouts to burn body fat?

High Intense Cardio Workouts: This type of exercise is the type that gets your body working quickly and you will not be able to sustain this type of exercise for a long time. However one of the positive aspects of doing high intense workouts is that it helps you burn calories quickly and will deplete your body of glycogen. This means that when your body is depleted of glycogen your body will store the food that you eat as glycogen instead of fat.

Low Intensity Cardio Workouts: This type of exercise will have to be performed for a long period of time to begin to notice any of the differences in your body. This is one of the reason that many people become bored with exercising because they hop on a treadmill and workout out for 30-40 minutes per day.

Eventually that routine becomes boring and they stop working out because they do not want to continue working out; or they do not have the time.

If you really want to lose weight and do not want to become bored with the same routine day in day out; then you should combine both low intensity and high intensity cardio. You will notice that as you combine both types you will begin to lose the weight a lot quicker and you will not become bored easily.
