1. Get A Calendar: You will want to write down the days that you are willing to exercise and then no matter what you will want to stick to them. Regardless of how you feel you have to make sure that you exercise on the days that you wrote down.

2. Type Of Exercise: Decide what days you will be doing cardio and what days you will be weight lifting. You should switch up days and try to give yourself some variety so that you can lose weight and build muscle at the same time.

3. Trainer: If you have no idea on how to do the exercises that you want to do or if you need some help planning some exercises to do; then you should get a personal trainer who can help you get started.

4. Set Goals: It is important to know what it is you want to accomplish. After all you can never get from point A to point B if you have no idea where point B is.

5. Do Not Get Discouraged: Remember no matter what types of goals you set for yourself everything takes time to manifest. Do not become discouraged if you do not notice the results as quickly as you would like to.
