2. Heart Rate: Cardio intervals should be working your heart between 85% – 90% of your targeted heart rate. As you continue to focus on cardio exercises you will easily notice that you will begin burning more calories from your body and this in turn will boost your endurance and create more energy. You will begin to notice that the fat will begin to disappear on your body.

3. Change Your Eating Habits: Just because you work out at the gym or do your daily exercises it does not mean that you can reward yourself with greasy food that is responsible for putting the fat on your body.

4. Smaller Portions: We as society tend to over eat and our portions are so much bigger than our bodies actually eat. Begin cutting down the food portions but increase the amount of food that you eat.
