I personally know how difficult it can be to try to change your daily habits and begin developing new habits that will help you get back into shape.

1. Start Slow: One of the great workout tips that I was told when I first started was to begin slowly. Most people have a tendency to start off too quickly and over do their first workout. This causes them to become sore and then to not want to continue working out again. This is a lifestyle change and you are not going to see the results overnight. You have to be willing to change your daily habits and this is going to stick with you for a lifetime.

2. Eating Times: Everyone knows that food provides our bodies nutrients. However when you begin working out to burn fat and lose weight; there are two times that it is essential that your body receives the nutrients to keep functioning properly. The two most important times to nourish your body is before working out in the morning and right after you finish working out.

3. Strength Training: This is an important thing to implement into your daily ritual when you are trying to burn fat. However you should do your strength training and cardio exercises on two separate days so that you will not be exhausted from doing cardio and then strength training.

4. Buddy: Everyone needs a little bit of motivation and I have personally found that one of the easiest ways to stay on course is to have someone who wants to workout with you. You both can work towards your goals together and keep your motivation up when you find it difficult to keep working towards your goals.
